Discovery
Through all marketing claims, customers are seeking more concrete examples that show, rather than tell, meaningful differences in connectivity. As much preparation and designing, I learned that I still need to show up to design meetings with an open mind as the best ideas are discovered and validated together.
Impact
Our collaboration and efforts contributed to a 50% increase in sales after experiencing/playing a technology game while building knowledge and customer engagement with retail staff. 84.6% of retail staff shared the training from the demos helped them explain 5G to customers.
