High-velocity design pivot for a premier technology event, delivering an executive-level experience and creative production under a compressed timeline.
Challenge
Two re-orgs and late-stage shifts in stakeholder requests drove an immediate pivot of the event's design and programming. This high-pressure environment where months of established work had to be reimagined, adjusting with new leadership, requiring accelerated production to deliver all-new production assets, on-stage content, and fabricated materials.

Upskill and Stay Ready: Casually attending an Adobe Firefly webinar 8-months prior led to the AI skills and methods for the speedy development and world-class execution of this event's identity and organizational impact. 

Reflection: Fast paced environments reward decisive strategy. After exploring multiple iterations, the project returned to my initial direction—affirming that advocating for strategic intuition saves critical time and resources.
