Challenge
Standard meetings often fail to bridge between complex 5G infrastructure and real-world business value, leaving executive guests disconnected from the technology’s potential; lack of interaction and influence.​​​​​​​
Discovery
Active Engagement over Passive Observation: Internal testing showed that C-Suite guests engaged more deeply when they could interact with the narrative. We pivoted from a scripted "guided tour" to an interactive discovery model, allowing executives to drive the conversation based on their specific business pain points; aka listen more.

Sensory Balance in Immersive Spaces: During the 360-degree dome experience, we identified that high-intensity audio-visuals caused cognitive overload. I led the effort to refine the experience, prioritizing narrative clarity over visuals to ensure the core 5G value proposition remained the focus.
